    • Within 1 kilometer of major competitors to enhance customer traffic and market exposure.
  • Showroom type:

    • Exclusive brand showrooms are encouraged.
    • Dealers are encouraged to set up showrooms in core cities to raise brand image and influence.

Dealer Requirement

  • Qualification

    A company or group registered and operating in accordance with local market laws

  • Industry Experience

    Minimum 3 years of experience with mainstream automotive brands, representing no more than 5 brands

  • Financial Capacity

    Capable of handling the high investment required for national market expansion (own funds, credit lines, credit)

  • Team Configuration

    Establish a dedicated team set up according to LEPAS brand requirements

  • Facility Requirements

    Independent showroom built according to LEPAS brand requirements

  • Brand Identity

    Embrace the LEPAS automotive business philosophy and sales model, have full confidence in LEPAS, and have long-term development plans

  • Social Resources

    Have access to government, key account customers, or other social resources in the region

  • Reputation & Compliance

    No records of poor credit, illegal guarantees, or other adverse records for the corporate legal person and affiliated companies

Registration & Evaluation Candidate Process

To ensure the uniformity and quality of the cooperation, an application process and a collaboration evaluation system have been established. The applying party can start network investment promotion and launch preparation once the DA has been signed.

  1. Submit an application

    • Intended partner submits the Letter of Intent (LOI)
    • Sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
  2. Submit the business plan

    • The applying party prepares the business plan – positioning, pricing, sales volume, network development, etc. – using the template provided by LEPAS
  3. Evaluate the business plan

    • LEPAS HQ departments evaluate the business plan, give feedback and request changes until approval
  4. Sign the distribution agreement (DA)

    • Both sides confirm the distribution agreement
    • Signing ceremony
  5. Launch preparation

    • Showroom construction and acceptance
    • Brand communication strategy and pre-launch
    • Business policy and marketing strategy
    • Launch event plan
